Morrowind was it. Spent many days playing, even a few marathon days, wake up around 10am, take breaks to eat, and play through until sunrise the next morning.

Aside from that, pre-BC WoW, and currently it's LOTRO for me.

I hardly get addicted enough to miss school or sleep, my mom has saw to that. They first game I altually lost some sleep for was Aladin for the SNES just to beat Jafar. More recently Eternal Sonata and Star Ocean THL

That one got me, too.

The game that had me hooked for the longest time, though, was either Ninja Gaiden II or Persona 3.

Not at all.
Clearly, my biggest addiction was WoW...I never enjoyed the game, though. I was just addicted.

I do like (and love, in one case) the friends I made there over my four goddamn years holy crap so I guess it was worth it.

No game is actually addictive, in the same way something like heroin is addictive, if you'd of stopped playing you would not have gone through the same things as a drug addict trying to quit. I would be very surprised if you actually couldn't bring yourself to stop, despite not enjoying it. Don't get me wrong, WoW is bloody morish xD

Well, once I was forced to stop playing (computer issues,) after a week or so I didn't miss it. But whilst playing regularly, I was addicted.
Anyway, you can become psychologically dependent on something.
