Definitely Skin. It makes me feel things, man. It always has a touching sentiment toward the world.
I'm going to go with skin as well. But more because it changes colors and you can draw pretty pictures on it.

I know what you all mean about the brain, however, isn't that more of less the possible POTENTIAL of the brain. I mean, currently we only use about 5% of our brain. Sure, if we were able to use all of our brain, all of the mechanics and everything in it, the possibilities would be endless, but we can't... that's kind of the reason why I don't agree with that. I might IF we knew and could utilize all of our brain. Then that would be cool.
I would like to know where that myth came from. we use our whole brain, just most of it doesn't have a specifc function (called active regions, or something like that. humans have the most active regions of any other species, leading scientists/psychologists to believe more active region=more intelligence)

EDIT: OT, while the liver, eyes, etc are all very interesting, it's the brain that makes those run. so...going to have to go with the unoriginal response of "the brain"

youre invoking some preeety inapropriate responces there mate, lol! id have to say the apposable thumbs, we would NOT be where we are today without those.

alot of brain answers i see, i disagree, if humans were so smart wed have the sense to stop trashing the planet we kinda live on
Well that is because we use no where near the full capacity of our brain power.
Yes. Yes we do.
Can everyone please stop saying that? We use our brains to full capacity! It is honestly one of the most clichéd misconceptions ever. Oh, and just so I can beat you to the punch:

While we can use our whole brain we don't Full capacity means to full extent like overclocking a PC. We don't overclock our brains and use them 100% all the time. I never said we weren't capable of using our whole as I know we are. However, we are not capable of using it to its full capacity.

The nervous system is pretty remarkable. So complex, relying completely on split second chemical reactions that trigger further reactions. I remember learning about it in high school and thinking it was totally trippy.

Well, the brain.

No contest really. I mean everything we've got serves a purpose (or used to) and is good at it and very complex in how it does it; to a degree that is truly astounding when you take the whole package together.

The brain though, it is way beyond any other single biological "thing", be it organ or cell or anything in between.

The immune system is the only thing that lets us survive, and it's incredibly resistant and adapts to most microbes.

its best friend is a pussy

The kidney ends up doing quite a bit, but the brain is what I would think the most advanced is.
I'll have to agree. The kidney has specifically adapted to draw out all the spare water in the human body. The Loop of Henle is possibly the most "evolved" structure in, well any organism.
