Most annoying companion in a game?

Simple. Who do you think is the most annoying companion, in any game? In fallout 3, Fawkes got pretty annoying after about 5 mins, but at the end of the day, nobody grinds my gears than this particular fairy.

You give her an infinite ammo weapon, she goes for something without infinite ammo and wastes it...
