I remember one time those bastards all got stuck behind some piece of rubble, and as I die from the army of combine, one of them yells "Reload, Doctor Freeman!"

And they have that habit of not staying still when you tell them to go somewhere.

They are mindless puppies that don't even seem disheartened when a Combine Shotgun mouthwashes all their comrades.

Damn them DAMN THEM

Warren Clive in Far Cry 2 gets my vote, partly. Just because he is one of those AI characters that's programmed to run into a fight without cover. I actually chose him as my character because I didn't want to let the AI control him so I'd be putting up with his mistakes.
