well the language part is always something that attracts annoying people. English is not my first language so I do have accent (quite strong actually), but I still remeber once, playing GRID in XBL, when we were 6 spanish speaking players (if memory serves we were 4 players from spain, 1 form Mexico, and me) and 1 player from USA (and yes he sounded like a 12 year old), who was the last one to join, we were already speaking in spanish, when he started to shout insults, and racist comments to us, to what one of the spanish guys answered in perfect english (and with a lot of class may I add)... the USA kid disconnected.

Griefs may be annoying. Team killing is a nuisance. but everyone hates those guys.
What I hate are the guys who ***** endlessly while playing the game. Complaining about how other people play. The weapons they use. The tactics they're employing. OMG THAT NOOB IS USING DUAL SHOTGUNS WHAT AN ASSCLOWN! OMG GRENADES!

Some guy I met in halo 3, we played some games, but he was a jerk to others, for no apparent reason, wanted me in on team killing if our team were losing. After I while I just kind of denied any of he's requests to play.

When i was playing Metal gear online, some asshole grabed and held me in a head lock and he was on my team. This then made it easy for the other team to kill both of us. He tried to do it again but i killed me. He then tried to have me kicked like i was the badguy.
Another time was when i was a character who can call in air strikes on any location and i got kicked for killing bare of them.

I met these two really annoying northern kids on MW2. They were so racist and stupid I went out of my way to kill them when I was on the opposite team. One was a whining over some American calling him names, and the other was such a racist prick. One of them send me friend request too, and I couldn't push that delete button fast enough.
