Hawken. There are other games too, but they still have a TBD release date. With their current development state it isn't a stretch to think they will come out no later than the end of 2012 though. Those games are Natural Selection 2 and Mega Man X: Corrupted.

BioShock Infinite, only if they fix the rather dull gameplay the first two BioShock games had. Don't get me wrong, the new setting looks wonderful, but I'm not playing through another BioShock game if it was as unfun to play as the first two. Everything was great about those games, except for the gameplay.

Mass Effect 3 as well. I don't really have many doubts about the game, all I want is a solid shooter and a satisfying conclusion to the trilogy, and I'll be happy. Anything else is just bonus.

Tough choice. Mine would have to be:

Mass Effect 3 - the culmination of a trilogy and the final act in Shepard's story. Loved the first two, can't wait for it.

Diablo 3 - been waiting for this one for years! Hopefully it'll be a worthy sequel to 2, (if it's released in 2012 that is, but intel deems it likely).
