There was a Triasic Era Dinosaur called I believe something like Postesuchus but spelled differently (It was in the first episode of Walking With Dinosaurs) its basically a T-rex but bigger and on four legs, pretty much the closest thing to a dragon except it existed.

It would be hard to choose from the Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Spinosaurus, Triceratops, Styracosaurus, Utah raptor and the Allosaurus.

If the Megalodon was a dinosaur I would say that, nothing beats a 65 foot shark.
