SPOILER WARNING
1) Many things about Olb Boy, even if you didn't like it, you cannot deny that the cinematography was just freakin' awesome.
- The protagonist walking down the street with an awkward smile on his face - right that moment the guy he had been talking to earlier commits suicide by jumping of a building and crashing in a car. He's just walking, just smiling, not giving a fuck.
- The hallway sequence, one long shot of a man and his hammer versus an entire army of Yakuza in a long but dense corridor. It's like 300 avant la lettre.
2) Fight Club, many nice scenes, many great quotes, but it's the ending that really stuck in my head.
- Just the part where the camera zooms out, Edward Norton and Helena Bonham Carter standing next to each other, the buildings crumbling in the distance and 'Where Is My Mind?" by The Pixies playing in the background. Pure bliss.
3) Apocalypse Now, great psychedelic war movie, with many awesome scenes.
- But the most defining in my opinion is the meeting with Lt. Kol Bill Kilgore, just everything he says and does.
4) The Matrix, simple as that.
- Trinity's first crane kick.
- "Free your mind"
- The lobby shootout.
- "Dodge this"
