X3 - reunion
OMG! Where are the things to shoot? I spent ages just flying around not finding anything to kill.

I'll add:
LittleBigPlanet
Shadow of the Colossus
Ico
PN 03
Tekken 1-6(arcade and console)
The Darkness
X-Blades
Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors/DW:Gundam
Turok
Lord of the Rings: Conquest
Resident Evil 5
Bionic Commando(Ok I'll be honest, it was decent but the subplot about his missing wife made me stop playing it)
COD: W@W
God of War II(Well I liked GOWI but II was ehh.)

Final Fantasy series. Who the hell wants to stand around and choose what your character does instead of controlling him directly?

KOTOR, Diablo 2

Diablo 2 is probably the most carpal tunnel-inducing game ever made. Hey, I have a great idea! Let's map attack, spells, movement, item pick-up, and potions all to the mouse, so you have to click 9 times per second!

Halo series

Played the first one and got to where you chase monitor... after chasing him through the same hallways and fighting the same enemies for about an hour, I quit the game and never played again. Halo 2, made it through, still pretty boring, and zero replay value... Halo 3... don't have a 360, but I went to a Halo party at my friends house one night... All the fanboys say the game is all about the multiplayer and still, after an hour or two, I was ready to go play something... I dunno... fun?

Mass Effect

For claiming to be an action game--there was so much dialog to sludge through. It dragged. I hated it.

Resident Evil 5. *cries* It was Resi 4 all over again. I had such expectations for that game, and was disappointed. It just added nothing new, and I miss the whole "survival-horror" aspect of it. That, at least, had my blood pumping.

You've obviously had quite the luck with boring games.

Good god, MGS 4 must be the most tedious, pretentious and unnecessarily drawn-out game on the planet. The others were bad enough, but I solidered through with them hoping for some kind of pay-off at the end. All of MGS 4's considerable flaws would be forgiven if the story was worth a damn, but it isn't and as such it ends up unrewarding, unwieldy and not fun at all.

Not really, just seemed to be those... Even RPG games don't really bore me much... I've sat around in FFVII killing creatures in a cave for maybe 3 hours straight just to get limit breaks...

Final Fantasy - any of them. The only time I played one for more than half an hour was when I was snowed in during a blizzard and had nothing else to do.

Kingdom Hearts 2 - never played the first one, figured we could wing it. It was so boring and annoying trying to earn money so stupid Not-Sora could go to the beach. We handed the game over to my friend's brother who loves JRPGs and he got bored and gave up pretty quickly

All of the Lego games are pretty dull. I've only played Bionicle Heroes and Lego Star Wars and Batman on DS, but they were so similar that I'm assuming al of the Lego games are more of the same. Running around, shooting a box, picking up the Lego bits, rinse, repeat forever.

WoW.

But the most boring game I was addicted to was the Sims.

The novelty improved when I began to wall my Sims in to die of thirst, or set fires. But even then, it got old fast.

I'm incredibly surprised that no one has said EVE Online yet... Most people tend to spam these kind of threads with it.

Ahwell, most boring game for me must have been... Probably ET... Can't really remember
