Awwwww. I thought that this would be a discussion on the most brutal ways to really kill people, but it was about games.
Trap them in a bear trap, electrocute them crush them with a rock, toss them into an iron maiden that spits them out through a pair of rollers and into a room where they get impaled by thousands of needles?

I thought that was the name of the game. I'm prbably wrong. You set traps to kill people. I've actually pulled it off.
Suffocation with a plastic bag from Manhunt is pretty brutal. Also, the 'slamming their face against the wall' attack in The Warriors.
Watching someones entire left arm and torso fly off squirting crimson like a water hose with a PTRS/Stopping Power combo from half a mile away is very satisfying. The best thing is they don't know till the the killcam pops up.
Someone already mentioned MK Fatalities, (Thankfully) but I'd have to be a parrot here and say RIPPING OUT SOMEONE'S SPINE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. Think about it, your spine has all the nerves connected to it for FEELING, and you're reaching in and pulling it out like the roots of a small tree out of the ground. That is brutal.
