I think there was once a Discworld game based on The Color of Magic, so my vote would probably be with Rincewind.

I was going to go along with everyone else and say Luigi, but this comment wins my loyalty.

Ok not so much as a hero but a faction: The Imperial Guard in Dawn of War....Like seriously unless you attached leaders to the squads, the ran the first time a gun was aimed in there general direction...Like I know its just common men and woman against the horrors of the grim future, but still...there only saving grace was the fact that they had the best tanks in the game hands down.
