Most damage you've ever caused?

I busted up an old 80s toyota celica... using nothing but a hammer... i ripped off panels and whatnot exposing all the salvageable bits like suspension and whatnot... and as far as stuff i wasn't actually specifically asked to do... busted a locker with my head... and by busted i bent the door in enough that it couldn't open... the hinges had to be cut off... i was runnin down the hall late november... someone dropped their coat i stepped on it... and I slipped... and bam...

While it didn't happen to me, a friend of mine did cause samage worth of twenty million or so.

He was working at a local paper-mill as a summer job. He accidentally dropped a bottle of coke down to the pulper of the actual paper machine, while it was running. It took almost two days of halted and slowed production to clear away all the plastic from the machinery.

Luckily for my friend, he was automatically insured for precisely these kinds of things. In the end he ended up paying something around 600? for the entire mess.

Naturally, the insurance company wasn't too pleased and his job review for that summer job wasn't exactly stellar.

Personally for me, hitting a lamp post with a car. Total damages, including repair costs and spare parts, around 3000?. Thank you insurance company

I broke an antique plate/bowl/bread plate set... around 200 year old ceramics... they fell off the top of the fridge when i was moving our port barrel to test how much port was in it...

And my cousin once filled up his dads brand new ride on lawn mower with water thinking it would work like petrol. he also once got a pair of wire cutters my grandparents bought him and he cut the chook cage and let them out... he was a very mischievious lad... he got kicked out of kindergarten (Sp?) for swearing

Rear ended a Bus. Went right under it practically, so no damage to the bus at all, but popped in the hood of my car pretty bad.

One time I glassed four planets when I got SUPER mad at some guys in the Horse head nebula... Oh, and there was that whole "Crash landing on earth and wiping out the dinosaurs" thing a little while ago... like 65 million years ago I think, meh, nothing special though...

During one of my training clinicals at the hospital, I accidently popped an IV bag and an orderly slipped on the mess. He just so happened to be carting along a tray of syringes, and when he slipped and went down, the cart also went down, and up went the syringes. Thankfully the syringes were in sterile plastic baggies or that orderly would've been holier than swiss cheese.

A teacher's chair at my school. I fixed it pretty quickly, it was one of those spinning ones with the overly huge plastic "screws" if you can ever call them that holding it together. Teacher still noticed though.

I was getting off of a bus one day when a guy rear ended it. I must have jumped a foot in the air. While I didn't cause any damage directly, I immensely enjoyed watching my bus driver chew the man out after she was done inspecting the damage. Jerry was a nice lady, probably one of the most memorable parts of my time spent in school as a kid.

I got banned from a portion of Conneticut after a rock concert by destroying the doors, windows, TV and light fixtures in a crowne plaza hotel room, and then in the next, two, or possibly three. Totally worth it.

I was leaning over in my computer chair to get a CD from a stack on the floor and I fell on my open disc tray. Smashed several very important computer components and about 10 $20 CDs. And it broke my chair.

Also, smashed an ATV into a septic pump once. Dunno how expensive it was, I got the hell outta there.

Ohh... Mine's a good one. I screwed up while filing (me! It's *my* fault!) while I was working at a bank which led to a comedy of errors resulting in a guy getting his house for free. It cost the bank $250,000 and I suspect it cost me my job as well. Beat that!

Worst one that I can actually give numbers for was causing ~$1K damage to my mom's BMW. I was learning to drive, pulled into the driveway, and scrape against my truck. I panic, and instead of stopping, back up. Hooked the front bumper of the Beamer with the back bumper of my truck, pulling the BMW's front bumper askew. Again, in my defense, I was just learning to drive.

This may be more expensive, but I kicked my wall in anger, and there is now a hole in the shape of the side of my foot in the drywall. I have anger issues when it comes to babysitting.

Wrecked my friend's car, totalled it really. Keep in mind I wasn't at fault, at all.

Back in my youth... Vandalized a few houses, made a bulldozer catch on fire, got others stuck in mud thus causing them to be towed out by even bigger bulldozers, tipped a porter-pottie or two, wrecked an ATV for two for fun, broken two golf club carts, uhh. I think that's about it.
