I dont really go out much or traveling so most dangerous thing ive ever seen was a squirrel. May seem cute at first but they are evil!
Why are they evil?
One of my Childhood "Scarred-for-life" moments when i tried to feed a squirrel and came out bleeding
That sounds pretty sad to me. I had similar experience with a seal in a zoo when I was three but It was in a zoo and is thus disqualified. Also a seal is not very dangerous I would imagine.

Let's see...
- We had a brown snake in our garden once, they're pretty nasty.
- Redback spiders show up from time to time, but they're not actually deadly.
- Saw some saltwater crocodiles in Darwin.
- And my least favourite, the blue ringed octopus (again). I was actually kneeling on this one for a while. I assume it was too busy being crushed to murder me.

Why yes, I do live in Australia.
Red back can kill children. I wouldn't underestimate them.
I know, but they're usually pretty "safe". According to Wikipedia, only 14 deaths due to Redbacks have been recorded.

Being in the UK, the most dangerous animals we have to worry about are badgers.

EDIT: Oh, and the Irish

I've seen a bear and a funnel web spider. The spider was bigger.
So you've been to both America and Australia than because unless you count the koala there are no bears in Australia. And the funnel web is not native to America. Also yeah I've seen a six hundred foot black limbo spider that vomits lava and eats souls.

I went to Canada actually, I really want to go in winter for the skiing though.

Off topic but I didn't think that the red button would still work... It does.

Mountain lion, bear, moose, elk, rattlesnakes, badger, and the scariest one of all, squirrels. And chipmunks.

Squirrels are dangerous because they chew they branches and drop giant pine cones that weigh 20-30 pounds on your head.

A dugite at Rottnest Island a few years ago.

For the uninitiated, a dugite is a venomous snake. The only snake species on that island.

I saw a bear. We don't have that many venomus snakes in canada, they don't like the cold. But we do have bears.

A monkey, it looked at me funny before scurrying off. It was ... an interesting moment.

Most dangerous I've seen in the wild? A male moose with it's family near by.

That thing could total a car.

Some freak near where I used to live had a pet Boa Constrictor. He gave it to a zoo when he got the impression it was eying his newborn kid. I saw it when it was incapacitated and being hauled away on a stretcher by some zoo keepers.

edit: saw a small bear too, cops had to close off some streets till it went back to the forest.

racoons! rabid ones probably. they infested the warehouse where I used to work. not good times...

seen lots of sharks in my day, but they're not really as dangerous as they make em out to be. they usually leave you alone.

alligators too. got TONS of them around, but they never mess with anybody.

did have a bit of a black widow / brown widow hybrid problem in the house I grew up in. bleh!

Black bear.

Mountain lion.

Wapiti stag. (They may be deer, but they're big deer, and they've been known to get aggressive if they think they're being threatened.)

Western diamondback rattlesnake.

American alligator (while on vacation).

Last week, I looked up to see a freaking scorpion crawling on my ceiling. I didn't know they could even do that! Or that we had any in my area.

And let me tell you, watching a 109 lb. girl with a bad ankle try to get a scorpion off of the ceiling with a broom is only funny if you are not risking it landing on you and killing you.

I smacked it with the broom a dozen times when it got onto the ground, then put a box on top of it until my roommate's boyfriend could deal with it.

Most dangerous - Bull elephant, very close and unhappy.

Other -
Grizzly Bear.
Leopard.
White Rhino.
Lions.
Python.
A few sharks.

No doubt the most dangerous one will be the one I don't see.

I would have to say it was the eastern brown snake I stood on while I was walking home from school.
