Most difficult game to 'explain' from the boxart.

Ok, i own the Resident evil books from 1 to 3. I played them but never own the games* so the covert are pretty much alike if not for Jill and Carlos there too. I left the book out of the open. My grandma, being a teacher, pick up the book to have a look. She didn't have her glasses so give me back the book. Here is the exchange between us.

Grandma:" Here your book. It must be good, that character on the cover has a nice smile.
Me:0_0'' "Nemesis? Sure, he as a nice smile, since it a super zombie without his lips and all.
Grandma:"What!?!?! Eurrrkkk!" than drop the book in disgust.



*(at least legally, My Mother bought the Playstation back then prefer that i hacked the console than buying legal game. She paid for the chip but i lost my Old PSone so no i don't have it now)

I find that it is very difficult to show the boxart of Grim Fandango to people without them going "What?"

It just seems to put people off.

What game on your shelf right now would be the most difficult to explain to a non-gamer? Give it a bash, see if you can make Okami, Zelda, Metal Gear (50 points to whoever pulls THAT one off..) make sense, in few enough words to not lose the interest/boggle the mind of your audience.

Okami: You are magic dog that restore the world with a magic brush.
Zelda: It basically the Dark knight story (Not the movie with Batman, the faerie-tales). Kid destined to save land and princess does it by beating the dark knight (aka Ganon)
Metal Gear: A Lone patriotic soldier infiltrate a base to save his friend and destroy a superweapon. (Metal Gear 1 and not MGS)
Psychonaut: A telepathic kid must discover who kidnap his friend by diving into the head of the adult around him.
