Most disturbing cutscene in a game ever

Mine has to be the opening scene to the first Russian mission on CoD: WaW. Where your lying down at the fountain with a bunch of dead bodies and a German soldier just walks around and fires a few shots into them.

Genuinely chilling stuff.

The scene with Andrew Ryan from Bioshock was going to be my choice, but I found that videotape with the puppy so much worse. It hit me in an odd way I don't feel often from a game. Lots of emotion.

The thing that really got me in System Shock 2 was the way the drone/zombie guys in the beginning would scream at you to run away from them or to kill them. Just the fact that they are still themselves under The Many's bodily control... ugh.

Ok people, besides the mentions of phantasmagoria, you all don't know what distrubing is. Dead Space has some of the most disturbing death scenes I've seen in a game. This one was my favorite.

Yeah, i guess they were fairly gruesome. But i tend to find that just violence doesn't always = disturbing. I find things that are far more eery, creepy and surreal to be more disturbing. But then again i'm fairly desensitized from violence in video games/films.
