Not sure if this has been said yet. But right at the end of the Remake to Last House on the Left

It went something like this:
"I can't move"
"Sorry we didn't have any duct tape or rope so I severed your spinal cord so your now paralyzed from the neck down."
*puts head inside Microwave and turns it on*
*Head Explodes*

Theres another one from the show The Unit:
Throughout an entire episode one character was being treated for being shot and they were trying to get out of where they were put and then right when they are about to get out a completely different member of the Unit gets shot and killed by a Sniper. That was pretty shocking to me since it was LITERALLY in the last minute of the episode so you thought that the commercials were complete bullshit for them saying that there was a a member that wouldn't survive.

There's been alot of gruesome deaths in movies lately, but the first creepy death I remember seeing in my childhood was in Indian Jones: The Last Crusader when that one nazi drank from the wrong cup and began instantly aging from a middle aged man into creedy, gaunt, old guy, into skeleton. That scene freaked me out, and I will always remember that as the most gruesome movie death I've ever seen.

-the knife death at the end of private ryan (one of the deaths I genuinley can't watch)
This, the jewish soldier pleading "No!" realising he's going to lose, all while the German, knowing he's going to win simply saying "Shhhhhhhhhh". VERY disturbing.

everything in saw?>
see my only problem with the saw movies is that someone is walking around downtown LA with those thoughts in his head. like someone is thinking of all these gruesome ways to kill people and he's not locked up! the difference between him and someone like Charles Manson is that Manson didn't make his thoughts into movies, he made them a reality to people.

but I'd have to say the scene in Wrong Turn where the girl takes an axe to face and her body falls down the tree and the top half of her face stays on the axe. that disturbed me.

Ok it's not a death, per say, but the most disturbing thing in a horror film that I'd seen would be when the girl is thrown into the pit of seringes in Saw 2. It's the only time I've cringed in a recent horror film....

Saving private ryan when the 18 year old gets hit by a mortar round on Omaha and his intestines are everywhere and he's calling for his mom.

Oooh, how about when Hannibal killed that guard and used his face as a mask in Silence of the Lambs? That was the perfect mix of disturbing and pure awesome for me.

Are you watching that right now? Because I am. :)

OT: The deaths in Hostel were pretty nasty.

Plus I wonder if anyone's mentioned '3 Guys 1 Hammer'?

Well there's the scene in "Ichi The Killer" where you see some noises and such, og the character walks out of the room, and the other person who was in there, is now a fine chunky paint ALL over the room.. Oh!.. And the guy that killed him and walks out... Yeah he also eats a fist..

(Specifically he has cut up a couple o' inches in to each cheek, and then put a ring en each side.. He then pulls out the 2 rings just before a guy wants to punch his head, and the whole fist ends up in he's mouth.. Awesome..
And there's more in that movie (And Battle Royal 1 (NOT 2) ; ) and Tokyo Gore Police.. Although even for Escapist they're a bit.. Hmm... Well, i actually don't know HOW to describe what happens to some people in those movies..

Ohh, and why is it that almost EVERY movie from Japan, can't have "normal" deaths?.. (Luckily i don't KNOW how it looks like when people get shot by a pump-action) But i DO know that a pump-action does in fact NOT rip off you body from the bellybutton and up.. And apparently Japanese people have MANY MANY MANY gallon's of blood in even just an arm, which can spray blood out for hours on end!..

(Seriously, can't remember the movie, but some Japanese dude gets his head chopped off while sittin' on a bench, in the start of the movie, and in the end of the movie, the main character drives by him in his car still spraying blood like a fountain with diarrhea..) :O

The nail gun scene in Final Destination 3 was horrible.
That's a good one. I love the little whimper she does as well, so she was still alive for a short while.

Or the black guy at the gym, who get's head crushed.

I love Final Destination, it's great for trying to work out how they'll die in the scene before they die.

This! And I mean on a serious note as well. I thought it was a hilarious video, but if you take out the comedic attitude of it, you are left with what would actually be a pretty disturbing death. Imagine an unstoppable, unkillable, guy who eternally hits you with a spoon until you are dead. Not only would he eventually kill you, but he first destroys your life. He kills your sanity long before he kills your body.
