Most disturbing moment in a movie

From the first season of the Masters of Horror series. The episode is called 'Imprint'. There is a torture scene in there that makes my fingers and toes curl. Now after the torture scene the movie goes sharply downhill, so just watch up to that point and skip the WTF ending.

That and so did the part in Pans Labyrinth involving the knife and the mouth.

Pans Labyrinth was a good movie! there were some creepier parts too, like the guy with the eyes in his hands? anyone anyone?

Personally for me it was the bit where the guy gets his face smashed in with a wine bottle.
I wasn't expecting that.

When that surgeon wanna-be cut the guys tendons so he couldn't walk and told him he's free to get up and leave any time he wants to. That's just harsh. But then again he is paying to torture the guy... I'm not really squeemish about anything, except when it comes to tendons. It's rather irrational.
