The rape scene in Pulp Fiction was pretty bad. Also, the scene in Changeling when the psycho is murdering the little boys. You don't really see anything in either of them, but the thought is even more disturbing, really.

The scene in The Fly, the "new" one, where Seth shows Veronica "The Brundle Museum of Natural History". Most of that movie is disgusting to see.
That was pretty damn disgusting, but for me the rape scene in a Clockwork Orange was just so akaward and disturbing

I'm a little suprised no one mentioned 3 Extremes. Particularly, the first short in it, Dumplings

Story about a lady who makes dumplings out of aborted fetuses that promote long life and youthful appearance. Ends with a woman aborting her own baby in a bathtub and eating it

Hmm, think I'd have to be the dinner scene in Salò.

Anything from the movie "Teeth".

Don't fucking watch it.
You just had to fucking say it didn't you? Now I have to watch it. Bastard.
NO. DON'T.

If you must, find footage of someone getting castrated and imagine that a girl is doing it with the teeth in her vagina. While the film points and laughs.

Too many scenes to choose from in "The Happening", that movie's acting sucked hard, and the ending was trash. However, I can honestly say its the only movie that has disturbed me. That shit stuck with me for a few day's. The spooky part is that fungus exist's...only it works on Ant's....not people.

Chest Burster Scene from Alien easily. I saw that when I was 10 and it gave me nightmares for a year.

It's been said, but it's worth another mention.

Everything in Pan's Labyrinth. But it's disturbing in a beautiful way.
When the man gets his face beat in. The very beginning and then the very end (which puts the beginning into context). That creepy child eater with eyes in its hands.

Some of the images from The Cell get pretty nasty as well.

The scene in hard candy when the girl has the guy tied to the table and is "operating" on his nuts....that whole movie is one tense struggle to keep your guts in place.

I've seen much weider/gorier stuff, but for some reason this really creeps me out.

AHA! You are now cursed to roam TV Tropes for hours as a punishment for giving me that link.

Though it would be relevant to note that those looking for other related pieces might wanna go check High Octane Nightmare Fuel.

Probably that part in Doomsday. Or maybe that one part of American History X. I actually had to look away during that one. Then there was Watchmen... something about 3 hours of a giant blue penis just struck me as disturbing...
