I'm gonna throw my lot in with Event Horizon. Alot of people don't like it but I found the film incredibly disturbing. Dr. Allen Grant can't be a bad man, it just doesn't compute. Plus the ships log.

Nastiest thing I think I've seen is from a film I can't remember the name of, where the guy takes 3 women and sews them together anus to mouth so that the excriment has to pass through 2 more people. I'm pretty sure the arms of the woman behind were grafted onto the shins of the women infront aswell.

I'm currently watching a lot of films, and I am going through a bit of a Vietnam phase right now. Yesterday I watched Platoon. The part at the Vietnamese village is extremely disturbing, and made me want to get violent on that asshole.

For me it would be Saving Private Ryan, when the German soldier slowly pushes a knife into the American soldiers heart. Just the tension, the sound of flesh giving way. Makes me feel a little ill every time.

Elephant is possibly the most horrific film I've ever seen...and it's not even a horror film. It's a film about the Columbine shootings and it's some very heavy stuff.

I'm surprised there's someone else in the world aside from myself who's actually seen this.
