Simply the sickest, most distrubing piece of sadism I've ever witnessed. That guy is truly %$&^ed up.

Save the Green Planet. It's a Korean flick. I began feeling physically ill during certain parts and my teacher actually had to tell me when it was safe for to look.

This was way back, but at the time, I was half-disturbed by Green Goblin's flesh-disintegrating pumpkin grenade in the first Spiderman movie.

OH! Most disturbing/hilarious line EVER uttered in a movie comes at the end of 'The Cook the Thief His Wife & Her Lover.' Where the Wife is forcing her Husband to eat her cooked Lover: "Try the cock, Albert. It's a delicacy, and you know where it's been."

The ending scenes in Perfume. Not that it was entirely disturbing but just plain ridiculous. The mass sex orgy at the end was ridiculous. HOWEVER the group cannibalism at the end was indeed disturbing. I didn't know whether or not to feel insane or enchanted after watching the end of that movie.

The random buttsecks scene in Inglorious Bastards. Lasted about 2 seconds but was extremely disturbing.
Really? That was the most disturbing part of Inglorious Basterds?

I thought that scene was pretty hilarious.

Personally I always, ALWAYS give a movie a black mark when it displays or glorifies animal cruelty. I can watch alot of violence to people, but something in me becomes very angered and upset when it's animals being hurt or tortured.

I'd have to say that for me, the most disturbing was 'Ichi the Killer' or 'Sympathy for Mr Devil'( is that the correct title?), several of the tortures in these movies, but not really for the effects- more for the need for them, the stories themselves. Overall, I didn't enjoy Ichi, but that has more to do with the rambling tale than the overtly disgusting violence and torture.

Also, after reading American Psycho, I'm glad that the movie was as 'tame' as it was, and not more faithful to the book. As sick as the movie was, the book was way, way beyond it.

I don't watch horror films because they scare me to be honest.

OT: The second last episode of Band Of Brothers. When they find the concentration camp. Very moving scene.

I never saw the full film of Alien till I was a bit older. But I had seen that scene and it scared the crap out of me. I watch it now and I don't even flinch. I'm uncertain if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

The scene in hard candy when the girl has the guy tied to the table and is "operating" on his nuts....that whole movie is one tense struggle to keep your guts in place.
I've seen a lot of gore/violence, and it usually doesn't get to me; this film is pretty light on that in comparison, but it just happens to be the most disturbing, distressing, emotionally-draining movie I've encountered. All that taut dialogue, plus random bursts of desperate attempted escape...Suffice to say, you will never look at Ellen Page as "that cute girl from Juno" again.

The cutting open of the live baby's stomach in Eraserhead.
You forgot the moment right after that when the baby's head grows exponentially untill it fills the entire room.

I'll never watch that movie again, that was fucking weird.
