Most Disturbing thing you have ever seen in a film?

One movie scarred me when I was really young, like 16 years ago. The problem is I have no idea what the movie was called or what the whole plot was, but here's a description of the scene (if anyone recognizes the movie, I'll be ever so grateful):

The scene I saw took place on a train (I think) at night. There were people on the train, and for one reason or another, one person (a woman, I think) went into a cargo car or something where she was attacked by the monster of this movie. The monster (bipedal humanoid) grabbed the person and looked into his/her eyes with its glowing red eyes. The victims eyes turned "backwards" and he/she started bleeding from the mouth, nose, eyes and ears. This is the part where I freaked out and changed the channel. Out of curiosity I turned back to it some time later and they were performing and autopsy on a/the victim and there was something weird about her brain.

Kinda vague description, I know, but I'd really love to know wth that movie is so if any movie guru knows...

Sounds a bit like 'Horror Express', a film I haven't seen for many years. A 1972 B-Movie classic with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee.

Ashley and Ashlyn being burned to death in the tanning booths in Final Destination 3. That or the bit in Cannibal Holocaust where they kick a pig in the side and shot it to death...a REAL PIG that was ACTUALLY murdered this way. Also in that movie the have a monkey (again real) having it's face sliced off with a hunting knife/machette...very brutal.

As for me: Probably the fire extinguisher scene in Irreversible. You don't know disturbing till you see that monstrosity of a clip.

Wow, how haven't I commented on this before?

OP: The entirety of the film August Underground's Mordum. That film is perhaps the most disgusting, horrible and shocking film ever made.

As a conventional film, it fails utterly, but as an exercise in making you utterly sick (I vomited twice during it), it hits the mark perfectly. Do not see it unless you think you can take it, otherwise you'll probably be mentally scarred by it.

Seriously guys, I can tell you without hyperbole that it beats everything else you can come up with. You do not know disgusting until you've seen this film.

Indeed, after the not gory at all Lord Of The Rings and Heavenly Creatures, it's nice to see Petey return to his Splatter roots a little bit with King Kong and District 9.

It's the top 10 sickest movies. Irreversible is last on the list, so if you think that's horrific, it gets way worse.

I've worked my way through most of the list.

Damn, now I want to see it.
