Nicolas Cage being a surprisingly good actor in Gone in 60 Seconds.

Besides that, some of the violence and visual effects in House on Haunted Hill freaked me out back when I was 15.

I actually just watched Lars Von Trier's ANTICHRIST last night and... yeah. There are a few scenes in it that made me cringe.
i havent seen it, but just to let you know, here in Denmark, Lars Von Trier is pretty much the movie director version of Peter Molyneux. he overrates and overhypes almost every movie he has ever made (althought i´ll admit The Island of Lost Souls was pretty good).

on topic, i guess when you see Brüno open a bottle of champagne with Diesel´s butt in Brüno. and all the other... fun things they do in their apartment.

The curb stomp in American History X is at the top of my list. Gory films that portray bizarre settings and situations don't bother me as much, but in American History X, you just know that shit happens. It makes it so much worse for me. Oh man, now I need to go watch some Muppets or something to make me forget that.

For me it would be Saving Private Ryan, when the German soldier slowly pushes a knife into the American soldiers heart. Just the tension, the sound of flesh giving way. Makes me feel a little ill every time.
Oh that scene. I found it pretty disturbing too. The fleshy squish. -shudders-

Scenes such as the intimate stabbing or beach asault in Saving Private Ryan don't disturb me, as doing what I do for a living I'm used to blood and guts. Same with anything psychological from series such as Saw, or basically anything where I can comprehend the motives and concepts behind a disturbing event.

But I watched Fight Club the other day (nobody laugh), and some of the concepts portrayed by Tyler throughout the film really hit home. My greatest fears just happen to be wasting my life and dying young (so now you all know).

Aliens Vs Predator: Requiem. Yes the film was terrible through and through, but it had one scene that was downright evil.

The hospital scene, where the chestbursters eat their way through the pregnant lady's stomach, into her uterus, and devour her unborn child and then blast through her stomach.

It was just wrong on so may levels.

Last night I was watching "The Killing Machine", a Japanese martial arts film from 1980 with Sonny Chiba. There's a scene where Sonny's character and his mates corner a gang of yakuza who have raped a young girl. They cut the leader's penis off with scissors and then throw it on the ground, where a stray dog wanders along and eats it.

The Italian gore film "Cannibal Ferox" has a fair bit of real animal cruelty in it, which isn't nice viewing. Also "Mondo Cane" (1962), for the same reasons.

Or for other reasons, the Nazi version of "Jew Suss" (1940). That's truly nasty shit.

I'm still horrified thinking about that slimy slug tentacle thingy from King Kong swallowing a guy limb by limb.

Also, the first four Hellraiser movies all have a lot of extremely sick imagery. I'd post a pic or two, but last time I did I got put on probation.
I tried to block that memory of King Kong, thanks a lot

OT: In "The Gates of Hell" this evil undead priest gives this girl a evil look and she throws up her insides, better known as "City of The Living Dead"

SOME CHAPS PENIS IN NERALY EVRY ACTION MOVIE
Ummmm... what?! There's only one film I've seen with Wang in it, and that's Ali-G in da house. And that's a (Debatable) Comedy!

OT:
The Exorcist complete uncensored version I watched was disturbing in it's own rights. I would find a clip of the most disturbing things, but I would be banned without a question.

Calumon: Why do people think I'm scary.

Antichrist has a few unbearable scenes, and Brüno's got a lot which could most definitely be classified as disturbing (as well as utterly hilarious).

Also, while not technically a "film", Elfen Lied has got quite a few disturbing scenes in it (Think "SAW: Softcore edition" for most part), but actually manages to be quite good in spite of it.

I've seen much weider/gorier stuff, but for some reason this really creeps me out.
I understand why. I am really freaked out right now. I really don't want to watch the rest of that movie.
