Another classic is "Nuclear Launch Detected" from Starcraft when you are playing one on one against a terran. Usually this is followed by you shouting "Where is that fucking ghost!?"

Especially when you're protoss and everything you have costs you in excess of 200 minerals and gas, and took you like 2 minutes to build. Also when you see the dot the very moment the nuke drops, and you realize it's too late to save anything

OT: Also from Starcraft, when you're playing against protoss and you don't have any detectors, and then you hear the slashing sound of the Dark Templar.

the noise that little P makes when you make a mistake in a perfect challenge. your heart is in the beat and you are almost at the end of the song when all of a sudden * SCREEERERER* the P says you messed up even though it counts as a hit at that point you have a heart attack from the shock

Well, been playing Gears alot. The sniper sound and the beep beep beep of the Hammer of Dawn aint fun.
Hearing the battle music in Morrowind when in a cliffy mountain area, cause it usually means....them...
Barking in Red Dead. It means wolves. They likely admire....them.....

The sound the monsters featured at the start of the video make. With the guy talking it's hard to find them that scary, but imagine the ROAAAR coupled with a lunge attack in an otherwise silent environment and you've got a recipe for pants-shitting terror.
