I know someone this happened to. They didn't die, but I have hatred for the guy, so he would have been better off bleeding. He went to hospital about it, and I would really want to have been there when he told the doctors what happened.
Worst way to die though? In a government conspiracy (you ALL know what I mean) or getting hit by a parked car, as someone has already said. I heard about someone who was running away from a gang and hit the front of a parked car, ruptured his spleen and died. That must have been so embarrassing

Wine glass breaks in your hand at a party and severs the radial artery causing death (this almost happened at a party I was at, fortunately someone applied pressure quickly enough, but the guy still went into hypovolemic shock) - The reason it's embarassing, because no-one cared enough to apply pressure.
