agree. more so X than X-2.Marter said:Final Fantasy X and X-2 were both like that for me. I had such an investment in the characters, and I was actually sad that the games were coming to an end, because I enjoyed them so much.
Everytime I come upto the scene before the intellectual endings I sob, and its gotten worse each time. I still haven't gotten all the endings so no spoiling ^^, still have to get ending 6 and ending 1 (ending 1 being last to end on a happy-ish note) either way I do agree it is all worth itNeutralDrow said:Oh god...yeah, when she says <color=aliceblue>"Good night" for that last time, I actually had to stop playing until I could see again. I may or may not have been sobbing uncontrollably at the same time; I can't remember and would refuse to admit it if I did.Kyuuseishu said:I agree for Kana: Little Sister, even before the actual endings it makes you cry. I can't bare to watch the scene before the intellectual endings. For me all the endings I have gotten so far have been sad to the point of tears.NeutralDrow said:A couple of candidates from <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.206764-Neutral-Drow-reviews-Kana-Little-Sister>Kana: Little Sister (most particularly "Out of the Maze" and "The First Farewell").
Just for me. I'd probably pick either the Kanon ending or "The First Farewell."
It's all worth it, though. Especially for one ending in particular.
Actually, the Kanon ending I mentioned is the one in that game that might even surpass Kana, for me. Especially since it was a one-day delayed reaction cry. >_>
Cool, cool. Those were actually the endings I bookended the game with, got 6 first and 1 last, and it actually worked out pretty well.Kyuuseishu said:Everytime I come upto the scene before the intellectual endings I sob, and its gotten worse each time. I recommend going for 6 first to get it out of the way. It's basically the same as 4 and 5, with one more thing at the end to make it surprisingly happy. Frustratingly, I can't say anything else without potential spoilers (not necessarily story, but mood spoilers).
dude, my 2 favorite teammates, garrus and thane, died on the way to the final mission... the only survivors i had were tali, mordin, and the geth dude.liamlemon7 said:Mass effect 2
why because of my poor leadership and preparedness it cost the life of GARRUS!
Donnyp said:No i walked away and started crying lol. Of course. And the way it ends after the credits ruined it for me. They should have had Big Boss wake up next to Eva in the cabin saying "I just had the weirdest dream" lol. Would've been better thenLamppenkeyboard said:You waited through the credits, right?Donnyp said:MGS4 ended pretty Sadly. I din't cry but it was still sad.the way it ended with Big Boss Living and Zero being alive then. Seemed like such a cop out to me lol.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! I got stuck on it for ages, but I'm so glad I got past it, because it is such an emotional game.BlueberryMUNCH said:GAAAAH that was the RPG on the 360 wasnt it?Xtasisanu said:Everything about Lost Odyssey had me rolling emotional.
