The lead singer of Franz Ferdinand was walking around town...he said "hi" I said "hi" back.
I also shared a lift with ex-Leeds United footballer Lucas Radebe and met Emmanuel Petit(another footballer) in a car park.

I got to interview the lass who wrote that biography about the Chinese girl living during China's Cultural Revolution. It's 4:00 AM here though, so I can't for the life of me remember her name or the title of the book.
balzac and the little chinese seamstress?
No, no no. Her father is a famous actor, played the guru in Rush Hour 3.

Curse my memory.

My brother had his 8th birthday and so i took him and his friend to lazer tag in Sydney, i think in Darling Harbour. Because it was just the three of us we joined other groups that were there. One of the groups we joined included Hugh Jackman and his family. Played against him and kicked his arse. That was pretty cool. I also met Tom Cruises stunt double for Mission Impossible 2. Really nice guy and i'd sooner meet him than Tom Cruise himself (scientologist wanker). I've met a few other people, but i'm to tired to remember their names.

I've met dozens of rock/ metal bands/ members at concerts but what saddens me is the most "famous" person is Garth Brooks. I sold him some DVD players. Really sucked cause usualy when I found out he was in the store, I'd go on break, but he surprised me that time.

Well, he's not famous in a celebrity sort of way, but I once met and shook hands with Gunther Rall, he's the highest scoring fighter ace alive, and third highest in history. I don't know, for a history buff like me, it was pretty awesome.

Met quite a few in my time...

Did the Stargate circuit so met most of the main chars from there.

Plus I attended the Avalon convention which to date is the only convention Richard Dean Anderson has done. (although hes doing another one in 2010 and i dont think i can afford to attend it dammit).

Met a few british semi celebs. Like Sally Grey etc Oh and met Ocean Colour Scene before they were famous for a few months.

And i think thats it...

I've run into Robin Williams who lives here in San Francisco on several occasions.

One of them I'll save for a story in a moment, but I'm a little busy now.

I've also met George Takei, Adam West and Mark Hamill. Attended a rally with Michelle Obama and John Kerry last year.

Matthew Reilly, the author.

His favourite book is Jurassic Park (the one they based the movie off). His favourite book of his is 5 Greatest Warriors, but only because he reckons each of his books is better than all the previous ones.

I just remembered, my art teacher for one term was one of the two Coroscunt guards from Phantom Menace.

He only told us on his last day.
