Well, Mario's raccoon suit is just a classsic, but let's try something more original...well, I just adored Malkavians in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Dementia is one of the most awesome abilities I've seen so far.
(Red Alert 3) Natasha's special ability to shoot people out of vehicles, its possible to take out a Shogun Executioner with that ability.
(Fallout 3) All my ability's to achive more and better critical hits and base power (especially when stealthed) i did the math, and if i use a full Shisishkebab, when stealthed i do about over 200-300 damage, it kills a super mutant master in one, and on top of that, i still carry on stealthed.
(Endwars) My infantry's ability for quick insert into enemy lines...That and the fact my infantry people are mean bastards who take down tanks at regular intervals XD.

I really like Oswald from the game "Odins Sphere". He is dark and gloomy and full of undying passion. They dont make man like this anymore His powers are cool too.

On the Unreal Tournament 2004 map conduit, I camp at the bottom control point with a flak cannon. When enemies come with flak cannons I merely paste them before they have time to think, then steal their ammo.
I am pretty much invincible, as once I accumulate enough kills for 100% adrenaline, I activate the booster, which gradually restores my health to 199%. And for several minutes, this continues. So I guess the power I have had most fun with is the booster.
