All the " -Ally" achievements in Mass Effect. One playthrough is enough of a pain in the ass when doing most side-quests, but three times? All the while making sure you get the characters you need before finishing said quests. I'm sorry, but FTS.

"Max out all Combat Upgrades"- I've done the math. To get enough points to do so, I'll have to hit level fifty. I've finished the game and gotten like 85/99 of the dog tags, and I'm only at level thirty five.

Then, you need to get however many points you need to win. And the other team isn't going to like that one bit.
