From Resident Evil 5 (I know it's an easy target, but anyway), some dialogue I found just so laughably bad was in a cut scene at the end of the mission where your just using a machine on a jeep and you've just killed a giant mutant thing ...

I found the dialogue of Resident Evil 5 pretty funny, expecially near the end when that Wesker guy starts ranting like a kids saturday morning cartoon villain.
Most of the JRPG dialogue is bad, but Star Ocean 4 is so bad its downright funny. I almost want to believe that it was intentionally bad to be ironic, but I doubt it.

Despite a great solid script that ranges from action movie with epic confrontation all the way to tender romance between a pair of starcrossed lovers.... there were a few lines in Mass Effect that did kinda make me raise my eyebrows. But I loved Mass Effect too much to say them.

Amazing game, one of the best ever made... but the voice acting and dialogue is soooooooooooooo cringe-worthy it has somehow punched a hole through space a time and become so terrible it's good.
