This should not be a respected foe, or an enemy whose deeds were so vile you desperately wanted to topple them. That's what good villains do. This should be the character or foe you found most obnoxious, irritating, offensive, or just hated for no clear reason.

The demons in God Hand occur mostly randomly, and serve no other purpose than being a sudden massive obstacle (as if there aren't enough in this game already) This is the game just being an asshole to you for no reason.

Specifically though, the Blade Demons are the worst. I can do purple demons, spike demons, and even trident demons. But the Blade demons are just pure bullshit. I almost always get hit at least once by them, and every hit of theirs deals massive damage. [/spoiler]

What's a good way to piss the shit off of your players? Flying enemies that can phase through walls like they weren't even there. They're not even that hard, just frustrating as fuck to fight. [/spoiler]

The crawling ones. Because they will ignore you while you're being swarmed by demons and turn off the light sources like the assholes they are.

How about their white colored cousins? Who you can't activate witch time off of at all?

In any form though, those guys are nasty. I was honestly not expecting to fight them ON THE VERY FIRST LEVEL on hard mode. 8(

OT: The Red Dragons from FFIX are a ***** to deal with. Unless you have some wind resistant weapons or armor, these guys will pretty much one shot you with their twister attack. Last playthrough, I remember crafting some wind resistant equipment all the way back in disc 1 JUST TO FIGHT those guys.

Deathclaws and Cazadores from Fallout: New Vegas are probably the bane of everyone's existence.

I try not to hate people but I can't help myself some times...oh and before I begin, as much as I hate The Fan from Oblivion, killing him is extremely cathartic so he won't be here.

I also hate enemies in JRPGs that inflict blind, paralyze or, instant death with random attack A...

Yet they have no problem stripping the flesh off of your bones...Well, in the beginning anyway. I wonder how they would fare against Cliff-Racers...

If you have no idea about these then I envy you, but also I must tell you to track down Morrowind and play it, but get the no-racer mod first.

Micah (Fire Emblem: Path of Radience)

Micaiah was only in Radiant, but she was pretty crap. Kind of a boring, mary sue-ish character. Also was about as durable as wet paper, but also was to slow to be a DPS.

Chrysallids from X-Com (The original, the ones in the new one aren't too bad.)
They have the largest pool of Time Units (meaning they can move and attack a LOT), and if they manage to kill anything, it turns into a zombie. The clincher? When you kill the zombie it turns into another Chrysallid. They have to be the worst terror unit in that game, simple because they have the ability to reproduce. (I think the zombies ALSO turn victims unto zombies, but they tend to be a lot slower from what I remember.)
