Only two songs from the credits of games have really stuck out to me. Still Alive (of course) from Portal (of course X2 combo!) and more recently, this:

Which game used this.

Anyway my vote goes to joint Mass Effect Credits song, ME2 Main theme, Still Alive, and Want You Gone

Not this exact version, but they used this song in the endgame credits for Dragon Age 2.

I know there's no real end-credit song... but damn that game's got some awesome tracks!

Surprised that i'm the first to mention this, but this must be one of the only credit songs that have nearly made me cry. It just fits so well with the rest of the game, and sends your mind back over everything that's happened so far. And the teaser for another sequel at the end finishes it off nicely
