That was a terrible cut-scene. Your typical pro-milita, patriotic American crap. You see something like that in just about every jerry Bruckheimer film going. At least Verhoeven's Starship Troopers did it in an ironic, comedic way.

I feel bad but I laughed really hard when I played through that because the gun was bigger than her body and it really didn't make much sense to even put that in the game.

on topic: my most mind blowing cut scene hmm... Mass effect and KoToR had some great ones and so did starcraft. There are other great ones but then my post would go on forever so I'll leave it at this.

I think I would have to say the ending to Super Mario Galaxy.

I definitly did not see that coming.

I thought after defeating Bowser it would consist of returning the castle back where it was everyone lives happily ever after THE END.

But no, it was much more.

I vote for the final movie at the end of the Starcraft campaign. It was AWESOME. I didn't really like the game but I played it all the way through just so I could watch that again.

It's a pity this game didn't turn out that well, but damn, the cinematics were MIND-BLOWING! I highly recommend you watch them in HD if you've never seen em before.

firstly DUDE i was like 8 and I still figured out shiek was zelda.

secondly for me it is when that guy first shows up in hl2 while time freezes, the really weird one can't remember his name. but it was just so surreal.

yeah I think that was the biggest WTF? moment ever in gaming.

I have no idea who the G man is or what he does but he certainly is awesome.
