That's the one. It was so much fun to play; really deep for a fighter. And the fatalities generally had to be pulled off in a finishing combination, unlike games like Mortal Kombat, where you get a set amount of time to pull it off after you ko'd your opponent. It was also brilliant how, in the story mode, you had to fight every character twice, unless you had successfully pulled off a fatality.Pipotchi said:Ah! AH!!! I love that game, you are the first person I ever met who had even heard of it! It was the really gory Street Fighter style fighter right?phwbt said:I gotta go with Weaponlord for the SNES. Anyone else play this gem?
I remember as a finisher you could lop off someones head and whack the head with your shield leaving just a brain, Good times
I also have memories of practicing fatalities with the various characters trying to see how many I could do at once. I think my record was 4 or 5 with Korr(?). If I remember correctly, it was a gut slash to disembowel them, the upward slash for decapitation, the rotating flame sword to explode the skull, followed by the jumping downward slash to explode the body. Man that game was gory for the SNES days.
