Most overpowered attacks in a game

Basically, are there any moves, powers, etc from a game that you can think of that were either hilariously game breaking or stupidly overpowered? For me, that would have to be the Storm Dragon style from Jade Empire. It doesn't do damage, but it has quick moves, shocks enemies and keeps them in place so that you can switch to a martial or weapon style and wreck their days instantly. Have at it, fellow Escapists!

Jump + L1 + Hold O

You jump in the air, safe from melee attacks, charge for a few seconds then come crashing down doing massive AoE and knocking enemies off platforms. Spamming it gets you through half of Challenge of the Gods if that's any indication.

The Fallout 3 Experimental MIRV comes to mind. It's a gun that lanches 8 nukes simultainiously at your target. You're usualy lucky to survive the blast yourself.

The Ideon Gun in Super Robot Wars Alpha 3. Just for reference, it's capable of killing every other allied unit in the game simultaneously in a single shot. Its AoE version has infinite range and spread out in a cone to effectively cover the entire map. It can easily bring the last boss to within one hit of death and destroy his entire army with only the most basic planning. And it does all of this without even needing to be upgraded (although of course that does make it better). Ideon is not actually the most broken unit in the series, but it has probably the most ludicrous single attack.

The Flying Swallow in Ninja Gaiden was also pretty game-breakingly crazy before it got nerfed to hell in future revisions of the game.

I have a Lucifer Registered with all the aformentioned skills plus many more.

Ionic storm in inFAMOUS 1 & 2. In the first one, it drained your energy like any other attack, and fucking decimates anything near you. In the second, it uses ionic cores which are dropped by enemies and do not replenish in any other way. That makes it seem balanced, but considering the number of enemies that can quickly and easily be killed with the attack, you're pretty much guaranteed to get an ionic core every time you use it, making it effectively limitless.
