All Hail Richard from lfg although he is evil he technically belongs on the heroes side. He not only has a whole villag oof zombie to do as he orders bu ha also turned back the sea, slaughtred an entire court of demons trying him for being not as evil as he should be, Blown up a mountain by activaing a dormant volcano ad survived being buried in molten lava although his clothes didn't, throw in his ability to kill even ghosts and his sleep killing and have reattachable limbs and he has to be the most overpowered hero out there

Of course, they get around that by having him fight gods instead of normal crime, so he's still farking awesome.

Seriously though. He kicked the shite out of the Avengers and the X-Men and the Fantastic Four AND Spiderman AND the Hulk (technically an Avenger just not at the time)

ANYONE that can only be defeated by altering his/her motivation and they suddenly want to GO AWAY.
Dr. Manhattan had the potential to be overpowered to the point of broken, but Moore balanced that out by showing the realistic gap that would form between a being who basically saw us all as ants.
