Probably finding out my 3 month old kitten had leukemia.

way worse than any physical pain i'd ever experienced in my 27 years.

When I broke my toe while kickboxing. Ao. Or when I cracked my scull in primaryschool falling of the edge of a sandbox. (Not very dramatic I know but it did a lot of damage)

I'm tossing up between having my small intestine ripped open and my feet burnt.

You decide.

I'd say the time my left pinky got totally knocked out of joint while playing basketball backe in high school. That hurt so bad I could barely breathe. It hurt for months. I can use my pinky properly today, but it still catches sometimes.

Right now, my sunburn.
In recent memory, having part of my big toenail ripped out by the doctor.
Earlier in my life, braces, falling off bikes, cracking my head on the bottom of a swimming pool, cuts from metalwork and automotive classes. I tend not to get "big" injuries, just a whole lot of little ones.
Also, my mum says I broke my arm as a baby but I don't remember it.

I'd think more than even those two would have been my open-heart surgery, but I was too young to remember it.
Gotta ask. Transposition of the Great Arteries?

Broke a bone in my foot after high-siding from a 250cc (Yes, pitiful, I know) Kawasaki on a track day. Though I think the realization that my parents sold that bike when I left it with them to go back to school afterwards hurt me even more.

Gastric flu. Not so much immediately painful as the worst I've ever felt. An entire week spent travelling between bed and toilet.

Individual pain would be recovery from a kidney removal. I got air trapped in my shoulder (part of key hole surgery is they inflate you ever so slightly, I shit you not) and some air got trapped near a nerve in my shoulder. That sucked.

Physically? Probably the time I was hitchhiking on the Mass Pike at night, saw a truck coming up way too close to the breakdown lane line, dove out of the way, rolled down an embankment, and slammed into a chainlink fence. Hurt like hell but nothing was broken so I climbed back up the bank, walked the two miles to the nearest rest area, and caught a ride with a trucker to my destination.

Emotionally? April 8, 1998. I came home from class to find my fiancée waiting for me...she broke up with me and I couldn't move out of the apartment we shared until the end of the month. The closest I've ever come to committing a homicide while sober came when she brought her new boyfriend home and made out with him in the spare bedroom while I was home. This led to me hooking up with a female friend about a week and a half later, ruining the friendship in the process, and screwing her on the bed I used to share with that ex-fiancée while she was home as a revenge fuck. Things calmed down after I moved out (I didn't have to see her, she didn't have to see me), but for a 20-year-old in his first real serious adult relationship, it was a roller-coaster ride for the ages.

Supporting the majority of a 9x6x10 wooden beam on one ankle hurt pretty bad. I used to work at a reclaimed timber yard and we were sorting a new shipment of wood so we had to climb stacks of boards that weren't bundled yet and one of the top boards rolled off and landed on my ankle. It didn't break but if I hadn't gotten my leg free when I did I'm sure it would have.

That and having a pair of scissors shoved up my nose by another kid in the first grade, open, each blade up a separate nostril. It was an accident.

A sexy accident? Wait, what the hell? That's a bit of an extreme accident!
