Migraines.
/thread

(And I've stuck a spike through my foot, landed on my head after falling ten feet, snapped my wrist, got chilli juice in my eyes, got smacked in the face with an iron bar, unhooked my shoulder joint, taken a metal toecap to the happies...Migraines still top them all)

Neuralgia. No real way to describe it without having it. But it sucks, I assure you. A lot. And it's pretty much impossible to predict attacks, which compounds the issue.

That and having a pair of scissors shoved up my nose by another kid in the first grade, open, each blade up a separate nostril. It was an accident.
A sexy accident? Wait, what the hell? That's a bit of an extreme accident!
Ditto thought occured to me.

How does one accidentally get a scissor blade shoved up each nostril without doing this?

It didn't happen to me but it happened on the school rugby pitch.

Game is going as normal. Hard tackle catches someone mid stride and pops his thigh out of pelvis. Screaming pain begins. Play stops everyone looks concerned.

Paramedics show up in about 5 minutes. They had to pop the bone back in before they could move him. It is important to note at this point that the school required us all to wear a cup/box as groin protection.

Anyways, the paramedic pops the leg back in, and traps one of the guys testicle's in the process. The paramedic passed out from the screaming. I looked away. Some people threw up.

It was later discovered that the impact had knocked the cup/box into a funny position but the victim had obviously been preoccupied. I believe they saved the testicle but the kid walked funny for a good couple of months after getting back to school.

Having my arm broken in two places. When the nurse had a look at the x-ray, she beamed and said it was on of the most horrific breaks she'd seen in months. Well...Isn't that jolly...

Ow...Suddenly I'm quiet pleased with my broken arm.

Went over the handlebars on my mountain bike, smashing three teeth. I was too unconscious to feel the pain but when they dried out my mouth with cotton wool and put in some tooth like cement stuff to replace the missing bits of my teeth I had to be held down. Truly agonizing.

When I banged my head on the pagment when I was skating!
It was not good. There were blood everywhere but I didn't care about that!
I took off my skates and ran home although I could feel total dizzyness!
I can't really remember anything...

so excuse me, I'm going to my dog house!

That's quite possibly the most horrifying thing I've ever read.

getting half my arm covered in second degree burns and everyone thinks third degree burns are bad at least you don't feel anything anymore.
i think you guys have never had a large patch of second degree burns.
i had a hole in my head once it was like the prick of a needle compared to a large second degree burn.

Not the worst individual pain I've ever felt, but I got second degree burns on both of my hands at the same time. I couldn't do anything by myself for three weeks!

The worst individual pain I've ever felt would be having a migraine and a skeletal muscle cramp at the same time.

EDIT: If you ask me, nobody's going to beat the guy with the trapped testicle.

Sounds like a good best friend if he said 'no'.

Biting a tooth in half, with full nerve exposure, it is never ending pain until you get that fucker pulled or fixed.

Appendix bursting and having to be awake for 4 hours in the aftermath, can't get more painful than that. I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy.
