The most ridiculous conspiracy theory I've ever heard involves the reactor problems Japan has.
It's that the Japanese government is purposely ignoring it because they got impatient with dealing with their overpopulation problems and decided to ignore the nuclear reactors because if those have a meltdown than it'll wipe out half of Japan's population ending their overcrowding issues.
The second is that KGB agents brainwashed american citizens for use as sleeper agents.

Anything involving the illuminati, the stone masons, the knights templar, the knights hospitalier...

I suppose the worst of all would be that 9/11 was an inside job.

Well there is always the one about how the government is run by lizardmen who infiltrated the Illuminati after they took over...

Only thing I can think of that beats 9/11 anyways

9/11 was an inside job isn't that crazy. An inside job using satellite based weapons, or mini-nukes...that's crazy[footnote]Why isn't "a bunch of Middle Eastern terrorists, with ties to US trained anti-USSR organisations from the Cold War, decided to hijack a bunch of planes and..." a conspiracy theory? It's a theory, about a conspiray, just not a batshit insane one[/footnote]

My favourite is the one about Lady Gaga being a hermaphorite (which is what "bisexual" means) because her parents were related (which is how you get hermaphrodites) cause she's part of the secret breeding program to create the next generation of singers. I dunno if that one includes the stuff about her being an Illumaniti puppet, but it's sorta cool.

Even as a right-wing conservative, I find the Obama birth certificate conspericy to be absurd, and based in no fact or logic whatsoever

There is one floating around about the moon being man made.
I love this theory. I'm not sure if it is serious or not, but still a great read

Here's a link to the "proof" if anyone is interested

what about the Flat Earth Society. Seriously, there is a group based in california that believes the earth is flat. I can't think of any conspiracy theory crazier than that.

Chem-trails man, chem-trails.

Having friends who lived in a hippie town in British Columbia, I heard about that there, along with the mind control station on top of the mountain. A simple hike up the mountain revealed that the mind control station was in fact a forest fire warning sign beside a radio tower.

That United States President Obama sent Marines to Haiti after the earthquake to stabilize the country so that tourism could resume, so that the Euro could remain strong.

Oh, there's plenty. The one where mind-control nanomachines are injected into our bodies through flu vaccinations so we'll spend obscene amounts of money during the holiday shopping seasons. Or that there is a global de-population organization bent on eliminating individuals who don't contribute enough to society. That World War II was also a testing ground for the latest in military technology, such as the so-called zombie virus or super soldier serum.

In short, most conspiracy theories are awesome, but pointless.

Clearly you haven't heard the one about the royal family being shape changing lizards!

For me, though, it's probably the one about Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Nas all being members of some world controlling Illuminati style cult.
