The plot twist in which one of your allies betrays you. These are usually the worst plot twists because it is painfully obvious that your ally was going to betray you.

The FEAR 2 ending... That was just a tad bit messed up and i didn't see it coming (who would!?) Though the boss battle was cool. (it was a good plot twist you might say)

I was so hooked on that game from beginning to end that it really surprised me with that twist. Man, now I feel like playing it again. >.>

Hrm...I'd have to lean on the Legacy of Kain series for their stories having constant twists. A very good story for a video game, but so many twists in the series that I don't know if I can list them all here.
