The ending of Prince of Persia (Newest) is a big twist and also takes the title as the most irritating and most retarded plot twist ever, for a start it actually makes the whole game completely redundant.

I have never been so angry at an ending in all my life.

Seroiously though, what is the deal with Varian? First he was held captive as part of an unresolved quest chain, then he magically escaped and disappeared with no explanation, then suddenly reappeared with newly dyed anime hair.

Because after a year we'll have many new members, as well as opinion changes from people. The only reason people should cry 'Search bar' is when the thread has been done to death, or at least several times in a short amount of time. Not when a similar idea was thought up over a year ago. I did not say the old thread was no longer valid, it's just that it's, well, old. Buried deep in the forum index. This way the idea is being put back on the homepage.

I noticed you snipped off the part that would answer what you just said. New members are much more likely to see a thread being presented to them on the front page than going skulking deep into the archives, particularly if they're still getting their heads around the site.

If the search bar yields only 1 similar result which is from over a year ago, then you've done your part and it's perfectly reasonable to use the topic.

Okay, I still don't see what your point it.

A new member who wants to make a thread can still use the search bar. They can still search for topics and post in them, even if they are over a year old.

Yes, people post on threads on the front page. But if you post in an old thread, it gets bumped to the first page. So you don't have to dig through archives to post in an old thread.

How we just drop this discussion altogether? It has gone on long enough and drawn attention away from the actual thread.
