Most satisfying death of a villain

Probably Colonel Volgin from MGS3. It wasn't that he got under my skin all that much, his death was incredibly satisfying just because of how he ends up dying.
Well he was a bit too much of a stereotypical sadistic villain compared to the other MGS villains which did add some value to his death.CPunchMaster said:

Going into recent territory, Handsome Jack. Right after that one part (if you've played it, you know the one) I spared no expense in hunting and killing that dickhead.

The closest I've had to that filling in a video game is with Atlas in Bioshock.
The way Light finally died in the manga was so satisfying. His back was against the wall and he was bleeding to death from a bullet wound. He pleaded with Ryuke to save him, but when he refused Light ended up whining like a scared little kid. They utterly reduced the villain into a pathetic pile before killing him. Which they fucked up in the anime by having him get up and run -_-

Well, killing the living shit out of Sander Cohen (not a spoiler as it doesn't necessarily happen) was pretty damn satisfying. That'll teach him to sic silent, faceless, ice-ballerina monsters on me.
I personally loved how commander shepard could take on an army of collectors, destroy their base in a couple of hours, stop the invasion of the citidel by somehow handeling the mako into a mass relay in one shot, yet he can't kill a single Ninja without trying 4 times.NinjaDeathSlap said:

He uses you for the whole damn game, becomes the immortal, nigh-unkillable badass of evolution he dreamed of... and then you kill him in the face anyways. Brilliant and satisfying.
Taking out Sophia was lovely too, because of what she did to her workers.

Not technically a death, but finally seeing Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender get whats coming to her in the most glorious possible fashion was really satisfying.
