Most scary creature/monster you've encountered in a game?

When i was a wee tyke i was scared by the original Alien game on PS hehehe.
And a few years back Regenerators from RE4 had me tense, but not scared.
And last week i was playing Fallout 3, with my 10 year old cousin watching, and i was playing around, killing Deathclaws & Ghouls, my cousin was getting scared time and time again by them, but i found it all casual. Guess i'm desensitized to that middle of the night monster romping.

Oh god not those. The scared me shitless the first time i played that. Method 1: it was standing still, stamping on the ground to send fireballs at me along the floor again and again, and a soldier was firing 25-round sprays into it again and again.
Method 2: there's another one later, in weird world, and I was on a mound of rubble it couldn't climb, with that alien arm thing that throws hornets or piranhas or whatever they are.
Both methods took a *long* time.
GOW2- at end when trying to give that lightmassed-brumack a "pulberizing kickass" with the Hammer of Dawn...yea cant imaging that creature being rite in font of me with its "sharpened-teeth" of "acid-drewling" and "halitosis-breathe" of death wooooh XO
would prolly have to be Deathclaws from Fallout 3, i was just sneaking around a little bit then suddenly saw my indicator turn from hidden to danger, i then turned around to see what it could be, it was a deathclaw sprinting at me full speed and was about 3 feet away when i 1st saw it, i then proceeded to shit my pants while i watched this monstrosity hypotheticly bend my character over a barstool and proceed to rape it violently...well not rly the rape part, but still it like 1 hit my character and scared me shitless

the damn black head crabs in hl2, thoes things have an annoying habit of suprising me and since when they hit you they knock your hp down to 1 for a bit they are fully capable of aiding in killing you fast if they tag you at the wrong time
also I guess the flying things in silent hill, the original game, since the draw distance was so low you would hear them coming from a ways off from the radio then hear their flapping then they were on top of you

Bail from Diablo II, scared me to death when I was young, I think it was all the build up of him being worse then the devil.
