Most stupid reason to hate a video game character

I hate Altair from AC, because he has a American accent, despite the game's Medieval-era Middle East setting. Seriously, wtf?

Also, I hate the characters from DoW2, partly for the same reason, and partly because they don't act like Space Marines should. At least they're not Ultramarines...

I dislike Rochelle and Nick from L4D2 because they feel like cardboard cutouts.

i dont like rochelle too much either cause it just feels as if they were filling in the female slot and didnt put alot of effort into her, nick on the other hand was orginally supposed to be an escaped convict so i like him a bit more.

I hate Uriel Septim because everytime I start a new game in Oblivion (and that happens alot) he has to have his little moment where he's all dramatic and dies.

slightly off topic: the best thing to do is make a save at the final sewer door before you go through, because you can change anything about your character when you try to open the door, and that way you can skip the entire opening set and whenever you need a new character just load that particular save and edit yourself as you please

I hated Ezio's Brother (who's name I didn't care to remember) in Assassin's Creed 2, because I repeatedly screwed up on the race tutorial mission and spent about half an hour doing it.

hahaha I almost had nothing to comment about with this thread (sorry but it's just kind of...eh)

but yeah Ezio's bro (I forgot his name too) beat me sooo many times with that tutorial mission
it was my first time playing the game, and I never played AC1 or the PoP games sooo yeah
I kept accidently kicking OFF the wall as I was trying to run up it (oops) xD

Try using your thumbs next time, you'll see you'll beat him the first time just like everyone else.

As for me, I thought it would be funny to let my mass effect character hate all aliens, until I found out amost everyone was a alien, but hateing them kind of stuck so I didn't have that many frieds at the end.

Seriously, if you know his backstory, then you know that everything about his actions makes no fucking sense. Even his death is inconsistant. And apparantly, it's genetic, because his daughter's inconsistant too. So fuck her as well...

I hate the shopkeepers on Borderlands. Hearing their irritating repeated lines every time you visit the venders makes me want to shoot them in the face with a rocket launcher. however you can never kill them officially.

On Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, I hate the settlers of Cropsford, Gernand and his daughter's husband, for being a couple of pussies and getting murdered by a Troll whilst I wasn't was passing by. I planned on returning there, but it will forever remain a bunch of unfinished buildings because the men went and carelessly got slaughtered, leaving the daughter wandering around the camp groaning about their deaths.
