Most tear-jerking moment you've ever had from something like a TV Show, Game, etc.

Several dozen, far too many for me to list, so here's some key moments from various media

Manga: Wolfwood's death in Trigun
TV: Multiple moments in Friends, but probably Chandler's proposal to Monica
Film: Ooh boy, Moulin Rouge, Wall*E
Western Animation: Most Disney films ever
Books: Dumbledore's death
Comic Books: Actually, nothing much, maybe some moments in The Ballad of Halo Jones
Anime: Elfen Lied got some tears, and I suspect Noir will by the time I'm finished with it
Video-games: Mass Effect and ME2, FFVII, VIII and IX
Music: I guess quite a bit of classical music given the right circumstances, but certain songs like Ooh La La gewt me teary eyed.

I cry easily, which is why I don't watch things with other people. Or listen to things, or read things, or in fact do anything with other people.

Damn you Chimeras! Damn you all to hell! He had a duaghter dammit! A duaghter! *Nerdy break down into subs*

The ending to the origanal FMA.
When the Elrich brothers learn the thing they had created from what was once their mother survived and was turned into a chimera. Just... Just damn. The name and what happened to her escapes me though... Feel free to fill me in please. It's been a while since I saw the show...

EDIT: Oh, and the guys(his name escapes me again) death in session 8 of Cowboy Bebop. I seriously jumped of the couch a yelled "What the hell man!" at my TV for it...

In the original series, they had created a Homonculus out of their mother, and she became Sloth.

I like how Brotherhood is going right now better though (Granted they handled Hughes a lot worse.) If it weren't for a certain person who spoiled a little something for me early on, I'd probably be much more shocked by what happened to Mustang.

Nostalgia hits in... 3... 2... 1.

Oh God! That actually caught me buy suprise. I thought she'd be Envy, not Sloth. And I thought the way they portraied Hughes death was a lot more emotional... Damn, anyone now a good website where I could rewatch it please?

The opening of Up.

Everyone I know cried. I barely ever cry, and I cried.
Ninja'd.

Also, when

When Snake is about to kill himself and you hear the gunshot. I cried like a baby. Good thing he wasn't dead. I would have been pissed

Well, the original series was made before the manga was finished so it strayed a hell of a lot. Brotherhood follows the manga much more closely and a lot of things make much more sense. For instance, Bradly is now Wrath instead of Pride, and a 'new' character is Sloth, a big muscle-bound giant who constantly says "This is a drag" or the sort.

I'm afraid I can't help you with rewatching the series though, since I don't like streaming my anime.

For future reference, when you're referring to spoilers, put things in spoiler tags. Start with this (without the spaces): [ spoiler ], write the spoiler, then end with this (again without the spaces): [ /spoiler ]. Welcome to The Escapist! :D

For me it was Clannad: After Story.
OP, you get immense points for that. For me it was pretty much all of After Story, especially the last half and a toilet seat cover. But the main scene that really, REALLY got to me was this one. Anyone else, do not watch unless you've seen After Story. Seriously.

I mean... holy crap. This show broke me: I cry in so many things now... I didn't used to...

Pan's Labyrinth, perhaps both parts of Clint Eastwood's war-duology. Even Forrest Gump, damn it, near the end, when almost everyone's dead, and the wonderful music starts in. Never real tears though, just a beginning tremor. Not to forget the ending of Cowboy Bebop (again the music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14Aam1BoGqQ&feature=related) and Samurai Champloo.

Mine may have been in the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya.

When Kyon hands Yuki back her club application form. It's a huge shot to the heart, knowing that Kyon has rejected the world Yuki created, to go back to the original crazy world with Haruhi and the gang. Don't even get me started on seeing the emotionless girl shudder with sadness. DAMMIT KYON. Y U DO DIS.
Hey, where did you see this? I can't find a sub

Someone will mention these at some point, so I might as well start.

The endings of Titanic and Schindler's List and the almost end of E.T.
