Most tear-jerking moment you've ever had from something like a TV Show, Game, etc.

I look forward to rewatching it soon...
They've got Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood up on Funimation's YouTube channel, but I'm not sure how that differs from the original series.

For me, one of the more surprising ones for me was the ending of Rozen Maiden - both seasons.

I guess I have a bit of a soft spot for Suigintou - whether it was watching her slowly burn away as she struggled to cling to life, or watching her take a barrage of crystals to the back, both incidents had me in tears. Though the Traumend one was offset by the sudden epic battle between Shinku and Barasuishou.

The end of Sympathy for Mr.revenge not because of the sadness of the moment just all the events that lead up to it overwhelmed me...wow great movie ill be back i think its time to re visit a classic...I recommend checking out the whole Chan-wook Park vengeance trilogy it really reminds me how sad American film making has become its not all bad though.

Just to throw a bit of a novel surprise into the mix, I actually found several parts of Princess Tutu to be fairly moving as well. Yes, it's a kid's anime, but...

Basically there's a lot of really touching selfless acts going on. Like Tutu knows that if she confesses her love she'll cease to exist but, despite her fear of this, she's willing to do so. Then there's the ending, which is quite bitter sweet.

Artie singing "Dream a Little Dream of Me" in the Dream On episode of Glee. I can't get through the first part of that song without bursting into tears, and that specific version makes me cry every time I hear it.

Hughes in FMA as well. Not specifically his death, but Elysia, during his funeral. "Why are they putting Daddy in the ground? He has to go to work tomorrow!"

Also in Fullmetal Alchemist, the entire episode with Nina Tucker.

Okay

Up for one, and if you didn't you have no soul and you are going to hell, moderators be damned.

Then when I was playing Vampire: Bloodlines; the masquerade - I got mad at the game for killing of the female "Ghoul" that you had. She was a nice girl and she didn't do anything wrong. It bothered me for a bit and I was a nice vampire I didn't kill everything I saw, I was just trying to survive. Then I saw her in the hospital dieing from something. I saved her life and didn't now what would happen next. She became my "Ghoul" but she was scared when she was being followed I told her to say home were it was safe. I said I was around to protect her and the badguys' kidnapped her and killed her in-front of me. I had killed things in the game and was currently killing things when I found her. But it irked me when they killed her. I got very nasty when killing them from there on out.

As others have been saying Clannad After Story, Kanon, or Air TV. Key's work ties in my book. But tie or not I admit that I was bawling for all of them

The end of The Dark Tower, by Stephen King.

Was two in the morning, and I shed a tear right before going to bed.

I'm not a crier, but there have been plenty of times when I've come close. MGS3 ending always comes to mind, but I also find it impossible to not feel a sort of desperate sadness when I watch:

The scene where Togusa is hacked and is forced to sit helpless while his body brings his young daughter to be abducted. Then he resigns himself to suicide in order to save his daughter and they actually fool you into thinking he did it.

Grave of the Fireflies will ring out any tears you have left to cry.

Just saying the title in conversations with some people will cause them to break out in tears. I mean it.

There must have been a movie, but I can't remember anything specific so I'm gonna say HL2: Ep. 2 ending
