What is the most emotional tear jerking thing you have read, watched, played etc.

Mine would have to be the IG of DoW: winter assault

Manly tears

Edit 1:I would also add Gaunt's Ghosts as a whole. Dan Abnett is a really good author

edit 2:Real life one. The battle of Wizna

I actually think the blood ravens ending to Dawn of war retribution is kinda a tear jerker, after everything they have been through in the dawn o war series they get a good conclusion.

There were several, but the first game that made me feel that way was Unreal 2's ending.

Frankly, I can't remember much of it right now, but I do remember it made feel really bad. I even refused to discuss it with a friend of mine who asked me if I finished the game.

The finale to Toy Story 3. That is the only movie I've ever actually cried during.

The ending was amazing, and in that moment I felt like I had grown up with the series. As the tears ran down my face while the credits rolled up the screen, I was suddenly that same 6 year old kid sitting in the theatre when I saw the first Toy Story.

It was amazing, and I still get a little misty eyed watching it on DVD

If you have never played homeworld stay away!!

<a href=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXNQNeLDg5s>Homeworld mission 3

Never saw this one coming. You were expecting to take a group of colonists to your fabled homeworld aboard a ship that took 60 years and large percentage of your planets natural resources to build. Instead after returning from a mostly successful test of your hyperspace core, you find that everything you left behind was destroyed and the only survivors are the colonists still frozen in cryogenic suspension. Oh and pretty much half of the galaxy wants to destroy you.

Mix the SUPERB soundtrack with the awesome voice acting, and it becomes hard not to start to tear up a bit.

That moment changed the ENTIRE direction of the game, but made you want to finish the game even more.

This... and I wasn't the only one... nor the only male...!

I also can't help well up at the end of Of Mice And Men. Every. Single. Last. Time!

I would say Toy Story 3, but it's said all the time and I think anyone that's seen it can agree with it. I'll add in Kung Fu Panda 2 because it totally caught me off guard. Seriously, that movie was not supposed to make me cry, I want my money back.

Two books come to mind: Marley and Me and For Whom the Bell Tolls.

Marley and Me is fairly obvious, especially because my own golden retriever was getting old at the time and died a little over a year later. Towards the end, I had to stop reading at the end of every page and stare at the wall for a while.

I should have known better when I was reading For Whom the Bell Tolls, but I thought that Hemingway might give one of his books a happy ending for once. Without spoiling too much, there's a major plot point with only about five pages to go that changes everything, and I was tearing up all the way through the ending. I almost lost it at "The world is a fine place and worth the fighting for and I hate very much to leave it."

As other people have said, fry's dog takes the cake.

It even made me sad when I found the dog's corpse in Fallout: New Vegas.

The only thing that has ever made me shed a few Manly tears.
It is a fan fiction of My Little Pony featuring one of the main characters, found in our world
Seriously one of the saddest, yet most joyful things i've ever read.
Link here for anyone that would like to read, brony or not (Yet it's easier to understand form our prospective):

Oh god, just thinking about it brings out a lot of emotions in this cold, emotionless soul of mine.

Also seeing from a lot of posts, Fry's dog also made me quite sad, but no tears were shed.

Standard answer: Fry's dog. (Jurassic bark)

What some people overlook: Fry's nephew. (Luck of the fryish)
