Have to go with the junkyard scene in Toy Story 3 and I'm thinking, "They're NOT going to end it like this! They CAN'T end it like this! It's a Disney movie!" then realizing that they did shoot Bambi's mom and Old Yeller

In movies: Three way tie between Schindler's List, Toy Story 3 and Only Yesterday.
Those three movies always turn me into a blubbering mess.

In games: Bastion. If you've played it, you know what part I'm talking about.
Close second would be Shadow of the Colossus.

I thought the ending to FFX was tragic really, especially after everything that you go through.

This had a bit more impact on me since I saw it actually on Christmas, but even today, it still makes my eyes water a bit.

The moment the Papa Enderman gives Lil' Enderman the gift, and Lil' Enderman hugs Papa Enderman.. *sniffle* it's when I lose it man. It's so beautiful.

The first time I completed Virmire in Mass Effect... man that was harder than I'd thought it would be, especially since it had been spoiled beforehand.

I recently re-watched Band of Brothers and had to soak a few into my sleeves during part 9, "Why we fight". Some of the scenes I couldn't even watch because I knew my eyes would just go.

The only thing that has ever made me shed a few Manly tears.
It is a fan fiction of My Little Pony featuring one of the main characters, found in our world
Seriously one of the saddest, yet most joyful things i've ever read.
Link here for anyone that would like to read, brony or not (Yet it's easier to understand form our prospective):

Oh god, just thinking about it brings out a lot of emotions in this cold, emotionless soul of mine.
Oh god, don't even remind me of this! The tears I shed...
Yeah, fan-fictions are usually the only things to make me tear up.

There are two moments in my life that my eyes water up from a show-

The ending part in Grave of the Fireflies (you know which parts I'm talking about).

And the recent Naruto Shippuden in the final moment with Naurto mother (I was wearing my earphone so I heard the music and dialouge in more details).

That scene in That Land Before Time.

Yeah, you know the one where Littlefoot has to watch his mother die slowly in front of him?
For me it's actually the moment right after, when he's alone with his grief; He sees his shadow and mistakes it for his mother. A little baby pterodactyl offers up his own berry to cheer Little Foot up (unsuccesfully). Little Foot seeking comfort in the footprint of one of his own kind.

This is why I never really found Bambi's mom's death that sad, because right after it happend his dad is there to pick him up. Little Foot on the other hand was completely alone without anyone to turn to.
argh why you remind me of that scene "mind shatters!!!"

Dom. Everyone knows what I'm talking about if you play FPS's.

Didn't cry, but closest I got besides getting kicked in the boys once.

Fry's Dog. To this day I cannot watch that episode.
The end of Toy Story 3.

Not tears but I came close to tears of joy with these 2 moments when this happened in The Muppets (I know it is not a clip from the movie but it is that same song)

and this happened

No actual tears, but the probably the saddest line in Threads of Fate.
Ruecian: "I've sacrificed everything for Valen. My will, my name... I believed it was the right thing to do. Now, you've shown me otherwise. Perhaps killing Claire led to my demise. It's what sparked your will... Ha ha ha... How ironic. If only my life stone worked, I would not have come after you 3 years ago. Then she wouldn't have been killed, and your will would've remained dormant. Without your will, you couldn't have defeated me. No... If I could've broken the seal, we probably would never have met. If only I hadn't been a failed creation. Why did Valen have to create me!? If only I weren't a stinking doll... If only I had let go of my duty... I should've realized sooner. I am a fool... Rue, I wish I hadn't been born..." (he falls over, presumed dead)
Ahh, the days when people would type up the entire script of a game and post it in the FAQs... Still seems weird.

EDIT: Oh, what the hell, here's this [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TearJerker] if nothing in the thread is working.

When Piccolo jumps in Nappa's blast to save Gohan.

When Gohan almost destroys Cell, then the baddie starts to self-destruct and Goku takes him away, effectively sacrificing himself, with Gohan in tears.

Can't forget Star Wars - when Vader, after all, dies; and in the prequels - order 66. My god!

Also, Toy Story 3... meh. Hasn't moved me. Though I didn't like it at all anyway .

Ending of FF7:CC, OH GOD WHYYY!!? :( ZACK YOU DIDN'T DESERVE THIS! I have never cried so much over something fictional even though I knew the whole time what would happen.

And finale of Lost. It's.. just... I should watch it again!

The end of of Red Dead Redemption was a the most tear jerking moment of a game for me. I just couldn't believe it.... it felt as if it were intertwined with my life somehow.
