The fucking blade on arm enemy guy from Amnesia The Dark Descent. That guy scared the living shite out of me. That whole game was pretty terrifying but being chased by that guy was probably the scariest gaming experience I have ever had.
True that. Being chased through doors was something I didn't foresee when I first played RE3, and that did scare the hell out of me.\SkyeNeko said:i was more scared of the tyrant in RE3. I saved all of my big bullets for the tyrant in RE2, but it was annoying the way he crashed through walls. The RE3 tyrant RUNS. And ALWAYS CHASES YOU THROUGH DOORS.AdamRC27 said:The character I feared the most (at least as a young kid playing games at night in the dark) had to have been the T-103 (better known as Mr. X) in Resident Evil 2. He wasn't really anything special, but he'd come out of nowhere and all you could think to do was run.

You reminded me just now of the Fast zombies in Resident Evil REmake. o_o Bastards always made my skin crawl right out the back door.Anarchemitis said:Fast Zombies
Here, let me dampen that nightmare fuel a bit:CkretAznMan said:Now my memories have resurfaced. Thanks.Redlin5 said:![]()

Thats an Iron Maiden. Regenerators are the ones without the many come-out-of-nowhere-to-insta-kill-you-spikes.Super Toast said:The Regenerators from RE4. Powerful attacks, nearly invincible and utterly terrifying to look at.

Those fire guys on hard made me panic and fling myself into the sky at the mere sight of them.XMark said:Not sure what the scariest is, but I would say the first time I've really had a feeling of terror from an enemy in a game is the Dopefish from Commander Keen 4. Seriously.
So true! Hearing the sound of the Nemesis (not a Tyrant) growling out "Stars" was enough to slow my pace to a crawl. I panicked EVERY time he appeared (until I was a vet at the game), and went blitzing through areas unknown trying to put distance on me and him. o_oAdamRC27 said:True that. I decided to check out Minecraft today. I now know EXACTLY what people are talking about when it comes to creeps. ;_; I was even in the saftey of my own home when one SOMEHOW snuck in through a window. I turned the crater into a corral for animals to spawn.Snotnarok said:You ...ninja bastard. You win this round.cairocat said:Creepers. That is all.
Yes nothing quite beats building your house whistling happily, the sun is shining and BANG!! Why God why!?
