I find it unattractive when you like a girl, but she wants to be just friends and won't tell you why, thus making you assume she thinks your ugly or annoying. So yeah, personality needs to be good. Also I don't like girls that don't have straight teeth. Teeth are important!
There is one girl in my class who has the metabolism of a hummingbird and will constantly eat (through lunch, break and lessons at home), goes to McDonald's every weekend and has TWO Big Mac meals, but she weighs about the same as your average teaspoon.
On top of that she's a total whore, and often brags about her sexual relations (she's 16), and almost every week without fail she'll have a new knew guy on her arm and will be talking VERY LOUDLY and in very explicit detail what they did last night.
Furthermoar, she treats her "friends" like total crap, I'm surprised she has any.
Overall, a vile creature that I would be insulted to scrape off of my shoe.

Oh, I dislike people who dont have any personality of their own but pick up other peoples instead... depending on who they are around. Hell, I know this guy who started acting like House, Dr. Cox and Monk all at the same time just because he likes those TV shows and thinks people will like him... but not everyone likes those TV shows.

When girls start being worried about their weight is really unattractive for me, I had to convince my girlfriend multiple times not to go and force herself to throw up.
