The Fray are underrated? I thought a lot of people liked them. Hm.

If by underrated, you mean they're awesome but nobody's heard of them, I'll say Rabbit Junk.

If by underrated, you mean they're awesome and well known, but people don't appreciate them, then I'll go with Yellowcard. Yeah, Ocean Avenue was a good song and all, but they have MUCH better material.
